This website is owned and operated by Akshanta Sphere Private Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Akshanta. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.
2. Product Disclaimer (Handloom Purity)
Our products are handcrafted by traditional weavers in India.
- Nuances are not Defects: Minor irregularities in the weave, texture, or print are inherent characteristics of the handmade process. These nuances certify the authenticity of the handloom product and are not considered defects.
- Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payments must be made via our authorized payment gateway (PayU). We do not accept direct bank transfers unless explicitly authorized by our concierge team.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Partner: We use Shiprocket to calculate real-time shipping rates and deliver your orders via premium partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DHL, etc.).
- Charges: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your pin code.
- Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched from our Nellore studio within 24-48 hours.
5. Returns & Exchanges (Strict Handloom Policy)
As we deal in precious Handloom Apparel, we generally do not entertain returns or exchanges to maintain hygiene and fabric quality.
- Exceptions: Exceptions are made only for genuine manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- Timeline: You must intimate us of any such issue within 2 to 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs—is the exclusive property of Akshanta Sphere Private Limited and is protected by Indian and International copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
