1. Our Policy: Preserving Purity As we deal exclusively in authentic Handloom Apparel, every fabric is delicate, precious, and unique. Due to the sensitive nature of these weaves and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we generally do not entertain returns or exchanges.
2. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unavoidable situations may arise (e.g., genuine manufacturing defects or damage during transit). In such rare cases, we may accept a return or exchange request only if:
- The issue is intimated to us within 2 to 3 days of delivery.
- The product remains unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
3. How to Request an Exception
- Contact our concierge immediately at
connect@akshanta.comor WhatsApp support. - Provide your Order ID and unboxing video/photos of the issue.
- Our team will review the request and approve it at our sole discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched blouses or apparel.
- Products with minor weave irregularities (these are hallmarks of handloom, not defects).
- Requests initiated after 3 days of delivery.
